Our Elite Gym Tile features a heterogeneous (dual layer) construction. It consists of a 37.5mm recycled rubber base securely bonded to a 2.5mm EPDM top sheet, resulting in an overall thickness of 40mm & other sizes as required.

The recycled rubber base is engineered for supreme shock absorption, effectively dampening sound, impact, and vibrations generated by heavy weights. Tile Size: Our tiles measure 1 meter by 0.5 meters and have a substantial 40mm thickness. (Please note that 2 tiles are needed to cover 1 square meter.),


Tile Colour: We offer a diverse range of colors to choose from, including Blue, Black, Red, Green, Grey, Yellow, and Blue with Grey accents.



Tile Material: Our tiles are constructed from 100% recycled tire rubber, contributing to sustainability and environmental responsibility.


Base Layer: The base layer consists of 2-3mm granules, providing a stable foundation for the tiles.


Surface Layer: The top surface features a 3mm fine-grained recycled tire rubber layer in black, combined with 15% colored EPDM granules bonded with a Polyurethane elastomer for added durability.


Floor Hardness: The tiles have a floor hardness rating of 60+/-5 ShA, ensuring both comfort and toughness.


Sound Insulation: Our tiles are designed with sound insulation properties, achieving 30dB (ISO 10140-3), which helps reduce noise and disturbance.


Simple Installation: Installing these tiles is a breeze. No floor adhesive is required. The tiles effortlessly connect together using hidden dowels on all sides to prevent any unwanted movement.


Resistance to Chemicals: Our tiles exhibit good resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts. However, it's important to note that contact with oils and hydrocarbons is not advisable, as it may damage the floor tiles.


Tools Required for Fitting: You'll only need basic tools like a Stanley knife and a rubber hammer for a smooth installation process.


Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness of your flooring is simple. Start by vacuuming on a general setting to remove loose dirt and debris. Then, lightly mop the floor with a microfiber mop and water mixed with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid flooding the floor with excess water for the best results.
